Delia Ferguson has been extending a warm welcome to her guests since 1995.
Centrally situated between Rosebank, Hyde Park and Santon, there are 3 en-suite guest bedrooms, a family suite and a 2 bedroom cottage. Each has its own entrance through a private garden or courtyard. Described as An island of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of the city . Rutland House is set in a beautiful half acre garden with a sparkling swimming pool. All the units have TV, radio, fridge, kettle and complimentrary sweets, fresh fruit and biscuits. Diners are offered by arrangement, laudry and Tours & Transfers organised. All credit cards accepted. Children are welcome. The 2 bedroom cottage is ideal for long stays and can be taken on a self catering basis if preferred.

Directions

Travelling on the M1 South, take the Corlett Drive off-ramp. Turn right and go under the highway bridge. Pass through Melrose/Wanderes (2.5km) to top of the road. Turn left into Oxford Rd and get into the right hand lane. At 1st traffic light turn right into Bompass Rd and go all the way to the T-Junction at bottom of road (1.9km) Turn right into Northumberland Ave, go around sharp corner and you will be in Rutland Ave. Continue over one stop and one round-about till you see the Green Rutland House sign at No. 48
